What the name means
Sector 0 refers to the moment a project is defined — before form, before material, before the first line becomes fixed.
We resolve projects through plan, proportion and material. Spatial layout establishes the logic. Details are defined before execution. The result is not a fixed house style, but an architecture specific to its context and to the people who will inhabit it.

Architect / OAR right of signature
An independent practice built through careful work and close collaboration.
Sector 0 Studio was founded by Andi Dumitru, an architect with the right of signature in Romania. He studied architecture in the United Kingdom and Milan and gained professional experience in Romania, the UK and Italy before establishing the studio in Bucharest.
The practice is currently led directly by Andi and works with specialist collaborators depending on the needs of each commission. This small structure keeps communication clear and allows close attention to design, documentation and site coordination.
